Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and medical histories via phone, video, and in-person consultations
- Provide accurate medical triage and prioritize cases based on urgency and severity
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to develop treatment plans
- Document patient encounters meticulously in our electronic health record system
- Educate patients on home care instructions, preventive measures, and follow-up protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and hospital policies

Qualifications
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
