Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate companionship and personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care coordinator
- Assist with medication management and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and light housekeeping
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Document care activities using our digital care system
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare providers
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid Washington State Driver's License
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Clear background check and TB test
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Compassionate demeanor and patience with elderly clients
