Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care to elderly clients in home settings
- Utilize provided medical equipment (lifts, walkers, etc.) safely
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meal prep)
- Monitor vital signs and document care progress
- Transport clients to medical appointments using company vehicles
- Maintain clean and organized client environments
- Communicate effectively with families and care teams
Qualifications
- State-certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Experience with medical equipment (training provided)
- Compassionate personality with patience and empathy
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper techniques
- Reliable transportation to client locations
- Clear background check and drug screening
- Spanish bilingual preferred
