Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care to elderly clients including bathing, dressing, and medication assistance
- Utilize company-provided medical equipment (wheelchairs, lifts, monitors) safely
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care team
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties
- Transport clients to medical appointments using company vehicles

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Illinois driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds with proper equipment training
- Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Comfortable using company-provided medical devices
