Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care including bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Assist with mobility using provided mobility equipment
- Monitor vital signs and document care notes
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Transport clients using company-provided vehicles
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Coordinate with healthcare teams using provided telehealth devices
Qualifications
- State of Texas caregiver certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds with provided lifting equipment
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate demeanor and patience
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
