Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, mobility assistance)
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to clinical team
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Administer medications using provided medical equipment
- Transport clients to appointments using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain clean, safe home environments with supplied safety tools
- Document care activities using electronic health records system
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (training provided if needed)
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds with proper equipment assistance
- Compassionate demeanor with patience for elderly/disabled clients
