Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Assist with mobility transfers using provided equipmentAdminister medications and monitor vital signs
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Transport clients to appointments (company vehicle provided)
- Maintain detailed care logs and update care plans
- Report health changes to supervising nurse
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with provided lifting equipment
- Fluent English communication skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
