Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and companionship to seniors in Scottsdale homes
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meal prep)
- Monitor health conditions and report changes to care team
- Transport clients to appointments using provided company vehicle
- Maintain accurate care documentation and communication logs
- Utilize provided medical equipment safely and effectively
Qualifications
- State-certified nursing assistant (CNA) or home health aide (HHA)
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper equipment
- Clear background check and TB test
- Compassionate demeanor and strong communication skills
