Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to clinical staff
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Operate provided medical equipment (oxygen monitors, lifts, etc.)
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Transport clients to medical appointments
Qualifications
- State-certified Home Health Aide or CNA
- 1+ year home care experience preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with provided equipment
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Fluent in English/Spanish bilingual preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
