Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises using provided equipment
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary restrictions
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Transport clients to medical appointments using company vehicles
- Maintain clean and safe home environments for patients
Qualifications
- Current California HHA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper equipment
- Passionate patient advocate with strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to assignments
- Fluency in English (Spanish bilingual preferred)
- Completion of background check and health screening
