Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for procedures and assist dentists during treatments
- Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness
- Take dental radiographs and assist with digital imaging
- Manage patient records and scheduling efficiently
- Provide post-procedure care instructions and education
- Order inventory and manage dental supplies
- Assist with front desk duties when needed
Qualifications
- CDA (Certified Dental Assistant) or RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) required
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- X-ray certification and CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of dental software (Dentrix/Eaglesoft preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and infection control protocols
- Valid Washington State dental assistant license
