Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex dental procedures including restorative and surgical cases
- Execute digital radiography and intraoral imaging with precision
- Maintain strict sterilization protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Manage patient flow and appointment coordination with dental software
- Assist in treatment planning and patient education initiatives
- Order inventory and oversee supply chain management
- Train new dental assistants on clinic protocols
Qualifications
- CDA certification or RDA license (California Board required)
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Expertise in digital radiography (Dexis, Sirona preferred)
- CPR certification and BLS training
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft or Dentrix practice management
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance protocols
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with calm professionalism
