Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist dentists during procedures
- Sterilize instruments and maintain strict infection control protocols
- Take dental X-rays and develop radiographs
- Manage patient records and update digital charts
- Assist with restorative procedures and emergency care
- Coordinate treatment plans and schedule follow-ups
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification (DANB or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency in digital imaging (X-rays) and practice management software
- CPR certification
