Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and clinical areas for dental procedures
- Assist dentists during exams and treatments (including sterilization)
- Take and develop dental X-rays with digital imaging
- Manage patient records and appointment scheduling
- Provide post-op instructions and patient education
- Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment
- Ensure strict OSHA and infection control compliance
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification in Arizona
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Proficiency in dental radiography (digital preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- CPR certification required
- Digital charting experience (Epic/Dentrix preferred)
