Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex dental procedures including implants and orthodontics
- Manage digital radiography and intraoral imaging systems
- Sterilization and infection control compliance per OSHA/CDC standards
- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide monitoring
- Patient education and treatment plan coordination
- Digital charting using Eaglesoft practice management software
- Inventory management and supply ordering
Qualifications
- Indiana Dental Assistant certification required (DAEF or DANB)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general or specialty practice
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Proficiency in digital radiography and dental software
- Strong knowledge of infection control protocols
- Excellent communication and patient rapport skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Valid Indiana radiography license
