Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced cardiac care to critically ill patients in 20-bed ICU
- Administer medications and monitor telemetry rhythms with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for complex case management
- Implement evidence-based practices for post-op cardiac recovery
- Lead rapid response interventions during emergency situations
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (Epic EMR)
- Mentor junior staff through our clinical ladder program
Qualifications
- Active Missouri RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN degree with 2+ years ICU experience
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Experience with vent management and arterial lines
- Demonstrated excellence in critical care decision-making
- Strong communication and patient advocacy skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and quality improvement
