Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in accordance with evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient progress and document medical records accurately

Qualifications
- Current Oregon RN license (or compact license)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- 2+ years of clinical nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
