Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs via phone triage and in-person consultations
- Prioritize patient care based on urgency and clinical protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Provide clear patient education and discharge instructions
- Monitor and respond to critical patient situations
Qualifications
- Current California RN license
- Minimum 2 years ER or urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Exceptional assessment and communication skills
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments
