Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility support
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients while maintaining professional boundaries
- Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to care coordinators
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks and transportation to medical appointments
- Implement individualized care plans with attention to client preferences and cultural needs

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or equivalent training/certification
