Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care assistance including bathing, dressing, and medication reminders
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping duties
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Monitor and report changes in client's health status to care coordinator
- Maintain accurate care documentation and follow care plans
- Ensure a safe and comfortable living environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous caregiving experience preferred (training provided)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and health screening
