Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including exams, fillings, and extractions
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment areas
- Take digital X-rays and impressions accurately
- Manage patient scheduling with flexible hour coordination
- Deliver post-operative care instructions
- Maintain patient records using Dentrix/Eaglesoft software
- Order and inventory dental supplies
Qualifications
- Active CO Dental Assistant certification or DANB certification
- 1+ years of chairside experience
- Flexible scheduling availability (evenings/weekends)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and infection control protocols
- Excellent communication and patient rapport skills
- Experience with digital radiography preferred
- Valid CPR certification
