Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative, endodontic, and orthodontic treatments
- Manage patient flow and ensure sterilization protocols exceed OSHA standards
- Take digital radiographs and perform accurate dental impressions
- Maintain immaculate operatory setups and inventory control systems
- Deliver exceptional patient education on preventive care techniques
- Coordinate treatment plans and insurance verification processes
Qualifications
- Current Minnesota Dental Assistant license or DANB certification
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft practice management software
- CPR/BLS certification and X-ray safety training
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse patient populations
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
