Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including chairside support and instrument preparation
- Take and develop dental X-rays with digital imaging technology
- Manage patient flow and ensure sterile operatory environments
- Perform infection control protocols and OSHA compliance
- Update patient records using Dentrix/Eaglesoft software
- Take impressions for crowns/bridges and pour dental models
- Assist with patient education and post-op instructions
Qualifications
- Active RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) license in California
- Minimum 2 years chairside experience
- Certificate in Dental Radiography and CPR/BLS
- Proficiency with digital imaging and dental software
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Strong attention to detail and infection control knowledge
