Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments via telehealth and in-person consultations to determine medical urgency
- Provide evidence-based triage recommendations and care instructions aligned with clinical protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient transfers and specialist referrals
- Maintain accurate electronic health records while ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Delicate patient education on preventive care and resource utilization
- Manage high-volume call queues with exceptional efficiency and empathy
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license with unrestricted status
- Minimum 3 years acute care or emergency nursing experience
- TAS or ENPC certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems and telehealth platforms
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
- BLS and ACLS certifications maintained
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
