Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative and surgical treatments
- Manage digital radiography and intraoral imaging systems
- Sterilize equipment and maintain OSHA-compliant operatory setups
- Take accurate dental impressions and pour study models
- Implement infection control protocols and inventory management
- Deliver exceptional patient education on oral hygiene
- Coordinate seamless scheduling and patient flow
Qualifications
- Current California RDA license or Dental Assistant certification
- 2+ years of chairside experience in general dentistry
- Mastery of digital imaging (X-rays, intraoral cameras)
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and dental software (Dentrix/Eaglesoft)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, or weekends
- Strong attention to detail and infection control discipline
- CPR certification
