Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain clean living spaces
- Document care activities and client progress accurately
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months home health aide or caregiving experience
- Nevada State HHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Clear background check and TB test
- Strong interpersonal skills and patience
- Flexibility with weekday/weekend scheduling
