Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Administer prescribed medications under proper supervision
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to clinical staff
- Light housekeeping tasks to maintain safe client environments
- Transport clients to medical appointments or errands
- Document care activities accurately and maintain client confidentiality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Active Texas HHA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year home health experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
