Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications under pharmacist supervision
- Manage inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and stocking pharmaceutical products
- Process insurance claims and manage patient billing inquiries efficiently
- Maintain precise medication records and prescription documentation systems
- Provide exceptional customer service while addressing patient medication questions
- Ensure strict compliance with state pharmacy regulations and HIPAA guidelines
- Operate automated dispensing systems and pharmacy management software

Qualifications
- Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician license (PTCB or ExCPT certified)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year pharmacy technician experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and medication interactions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex information clearly
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office applications
