Responsibilities
- Perform accurate venipuncture and capillary blood draws following strict protocols
- Process and label specimens with meticulous attention to detail
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain patient confidentiality
- Calibrate equipment and maintain sterile work environments

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP, NHA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 6 months of clinical phlebotomy experience
- Excellent venipuncture skills with low complication rate
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and CLIA regulations
