Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in acute care settings with adaptable scheduling
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols
- Document patient assessments and progress accurately in electronic health records
- Adhere to Alaska state nursing regulations and facility policies
- Maintain flexible availability to meet dynamic staffing needs
- Participate in orientation and onboarding for new assignments
Qualifications
- Active Alaska RN license or compact state eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong clinical judgment and adaptability to diverse settings
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
