Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in various hospital settings including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg units
- Adapt quickly to new protocols and electronic health record systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in EMR systems
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO and facility-specific regulations
- Participate in orientation and onboarding processes for new assignments
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Missouri or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel and adapt to new environments
