Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive telephone triage assessments using EHR systems
- Prioritize patient cases based on acuity levels and clinical protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists for urgent consultations
- Document encounters accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide clear patient education and discharge instructions
- Maintain inventory of triage supplies and equipment

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Hawaii (or compact state)
- Minimum 2 years emergency/urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency in Epic or EHR systems
