Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections with precision and patient comfort
- Process and label specimens according to strict laboratory protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in electronic health systems
- Ensure all equipment is sterilized and calibrated per regulatory standards
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient flow and testing efficiency

Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania Phlebotomy Technician certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in phlebotomy or similar role
- Strong venipuncture skills with ability to handle diverse patient populations
- CPR/BLS certification from recognized provider
- Proficiency in LIS/HIS data entry systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
