Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation using proper techniques
- Administer medications under RN supervision per care plans
- Support daily living activities including meal preparation and feeding
- Report changes in patient condition to healthcare team promptly
- Maintain clean, safe environment following infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Current California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience preferred
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and compassion for elderly care
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Basic computer skills for documentation
