Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing) to elderly clients
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to clinical staff
- Assist with mobility transfers, ambulation, and use of adaptive equipment
- Administer medications as per care plan protocols
- Document care activities accurately in electronic health records
- Support patients with daily living activities and companionship
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Current California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year verifiable CNA experience
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Compassionate demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
