Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to patients with activities of daily living
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to clinical staff
- Assist with medication administration under supervision
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain a clean, safe environment for patients
Qualifications
- Active Virginia CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience
- Flexibility to work morning/afternoon/evening/weekend shifts
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
