Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse medical units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
- Maintain infection control and safety protocols
- Participate in shift rotations through our flexible scheduling system
- Mentor junior nursing staff as needed
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Louisiana
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends
- Electronic health record proficiency (EPIC preferred)
- Ability to adapt to changing patient acuity levels
