Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned units (ER, MedSurg, Telemetry)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans in Epic EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Monitor vital signs and interpret diagnostic results
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (or eligible)
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 6+ months experience considered)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (12-hour rotations)
- Pass background check and drug screening
