Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care utilizing evidence-based nursing practices
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient conditions and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Implement patient education and discharge planning
- Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and hospital policies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain flexible availability for rotating shifts
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Maryland or Virginia
- ACLS/BLS certifications (or obtain within 30 days)
- Associates or Bachelor's in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- 1+ years clinical experience (new grads welcome)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
