Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers using proper techniques
- Support nurses with medical procedures and equipment setup
- Maintain clean, sanitized environments for patient safety
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and facility protocols
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months recent clinical experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
