Responsibilities
- Assist physicians and nurses with clinical procedures and patient examinations
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring all equipment is sterilized and stocked
- Perform basic clinical tasks including vital signs, EKGs, and phlebotomy (with training)
- Manage patient records and documentation using electronic health systems
- Schedule appointments and handle front desk operations efficiently
- Administer medications under provider supervision
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- No prior medical experience necessary – we provide paid training!
- CPR certification preferred (will be provided if needed)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends
