Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse clinical units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Provide patient/family education on health management
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO and regulatory standards
- Mentor junior staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Nebraska RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN preferred (ADN with experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling requirements
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
