Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health management plans

Qualifications
- Active California RN license (or eligible for licensure)
- Recent nursing graduate or <1 year clinical experience
