Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in diverse clinical settings (ER, ICU, MedSurg)
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions per protocols
- Document patient assessments and progress in EMR systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize care plans
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and state regulations
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions
- Respond rapidly to emergency situations with critical thinking
Qualifications
- Active TN RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent clinical experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications (required for ICU/ER roles)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EPIC, Cerner)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
