Responsibilities
- Delicate patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless care coordination

Qualifications
- Active Virginia RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN preferred; ADN with 2+ years experience considered
- BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred
- 1+ years of acute care or specialty nursing experience
- Proven ability to adapt to dynamic clinical environments
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights/weekends
- Passion for patient advocacy and cultural sensitivity
