Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse clinical settings with flexible day/evening/weekend shift options
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per clinical protocols
- Document patient assessments and interventions using our advanced EMR system
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety compliance programs
- Provide health education to patients and families during shift rotations
- Respond to emergent situations with calm professionalism
Qualifications
- Current Texas RN license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- ADN or BSN from accredited nursing program
- New graduates and career changers enthusiastically welcomed
- BLS certification with commitment to obtain ACLS within 90 days
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and emotional resilience
- Passion for patient advocacy and continuous learning
