Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse medical units with adaptable shift scheduling
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per clinical protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document clinical observations and outcomes using EMR systems
- Maintain patient safety standards and infection control protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education
Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN preferred; associate degree candidates considered with 2+ years experience
- BLS/CPR certification; ACLS preferred
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience (ER, ICU, Med-Surg)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Flexibility to rotate between day/night/weekend shifts
- Electronic health record proficiency (EPIC/Meditech experience)
