Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care in our advanced cardiac telemetry unit
- Administer medications with precision and chart using EMR systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic treatment plans
- Mentor junior nurses during flexible shift rotations
- Participate in rapid response team activations
- Ensure strict compliance with JCAHO and HIPAA regulations
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active GA RN license (compact license accepted)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- Telemetry or cardiac specialty certification a plus
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
- Proficiency in Epic EMR systems
