Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care in acute care settings (ICU/ER)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to JCAHO standards and facility protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
- Handle patient assessments and critical interventions
- Participate in orientation and continuous training
- Travel to assigned facilities within Wichita metro area
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Kansas or compact state
- 1+ years of acute care experience (ICU/ER preferred)
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Flexibility to work 36-48 hours/week with self-scheduling
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- Ability to pass background/drug screening
