Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life
- Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or mental health status
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Light housekeeping and medication reminders as needed
- Maintain accurate care documentation and follow care plans
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide all necessary training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
